Editing Work Hours

The Work Hours feature allows you to set up your location work days and hours of operation. Work hours for individual days can be edited using this feature. You can edit the weekdays and hours that you are open to customers and for your production scheduling. You can add a note for any day that will appear in the calendar. The search function allows you to display a specific month and year on your calendar screen.

To edit Customer Service or Production work hours

Select Configure > Work Hours from the menu bar.
Select Customer Service or Production from the Work Hours pane.
Select the month and year from the appropriate droplist. The results that match the search criteria appear in the Customer Service or Production Search Results pane.
Right-click the day you want to edit. The Edit Working Time screen opens.
Make your selections as needed.
Click OK.
